About this service
A company with several vehicles can usually insure them together under a fleet arrangement instead of separate policies with different dates. One arrangement with one renewal date is easier to administer, and insurers may offer terms based on the size and claims record of the whole fleet.
- We prepare a clean schedule of your vehicles: registration, make, model year, value and use

Since AsaanTax.pk also handles tax matters, we can point out how the premiums and any claims are treated in your accounts.
The policy is issued by the insurer your company selects. AsaanTax.pk does not issue policies, set premiums or decide claims.

- List of vehicles with registration number, make, model, model year and value
- How each vehicle is used and who it is assigned to
- Current policies with their expiry dates
- Claims record of the fleet for recent years
- Contact details of the person authorised to decide

How it works

- We prepare the fleet schedule and request quotations from licensed insurance and takaful companies.
- We share a comparison of the quotations with your management.
- Your company chooses. The insurer completes its own checks and issues the policy in the company's name.

Each insurer has its own minimum number. Send us your list and we will ask the insurers which terms they can offer.
Can vehicles be added or removed during the year?
Usually yes, by endorsement, with the premium adjusted according to the insurer's terms.
Can employees' personal cars be included?
It depends on the insurer and on who owns the vehicle. Tell us the details and we will check.
