About this service
A sole proprietorship is the simplest way to run a business in Pakistan. It is not a separate legal entity and is not registered with SECP: the business is registered with FBR by adding its name, address and activity to the owner's own NTN profile on IRIS.
Once the business appears on your FBR profile you can open a business bank account, issue invoices in the business name and file your return as a business individual.
